Jeff Scherer

Jeff Scherer, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Oracle Fusion Transformation at Hach, where responsibilities include overseeing a major program involving nearly 150 consultants and 200 internal employees, managing multimillion-dollar contracts, and coordinating change management activities. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director of Information Technology at Dogtopia, establishing the IT PMO and initiating a technical transformation program. Other notable roles include Senior Portfolio Manager at Nutrien, where Jeff led the IT PMO for SAP S4/Hana development, and Owner of Northern Colorado Firearms Training LLC, managing various marketing and operations tasks. With a foundation in information technology and project management that includes experience at State Farm and as a Police Officer at the Lincoln Police Department, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has pursued further education in information technology with Pegasystems, INC.
