Shailendra Kumar

Shailendra Kumar has extensive work experience in the water quality industry. Shailendra started their career in 2007 as a Regional Manager at Wex Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2010. Shailendra then joined Hach Company as a Regional Manager for North India from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Danaher Corporation as the Zonal Sales Head & SWAS Lead for India, a position they held until 2018 when they became the Sales Director for the Water Quality Group in Thailand. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of General Manager for the Water Quality Group in Thailand before moving on to become the General Manager for the Water Quality Platform and After Market Business Lead for North ASEAN & SG at Hach. Shailendra was also a member of the APAC leadership team and served as a Board of Director for the Thai Organization. Throughout their career, Shailendra has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving business growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and leading diverse teams.

Shailendra Kumar earned a (COR)e Credential of Readiness Certification in Financial Accounting, Business Analysis & Economics for managers from Harvard Business School in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University from 1998 to 2002.
