Steven Waechter

Steven Waechter currently serves as a Chemical Solutions Bottling Operator II at Hach, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include operating rotary pumps for bottling small-batch chemical solutions, verifying component accuracy, and managing hazardous waste cleanup, all while maintaining zero standard work violations. Additionally, Steven operates a small ampule machine and assists with machine onloading for packaging operations. Previously, Steven worked as a Packing Operator in the shipping department and performed quality control inspections at Jeld-Wen for exterior doors. Steven holds a BA in Political Science and Geography from the University of Northern Iowa and a JD from Drake University.
