Tim Scherer

Tim Scherer is an experienced finance professional with a significant background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Distribution Controller at Hach since November 2022, Tim previously held the role of Senior Manager Finance at Ferrara from June 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, Tim worked at G&W Electric Co. as Plant Controller and Senior Cost Accountant from January 2016 to June 2022. Tim's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Accountant at Draw Enterprise and as Financial Analyst at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities included developing a $100 million annual budget for the 84" Hot Strip Mill and performing financial journal entries. Tim began a career in finance as a Student Supervisor at Purdue University while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, later obtaining a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest.
