Hack the 6ix
Pei Li is an accomplished entrepreneur and technologist with extensive experience in founding and leading various companies. As the Founder and Board Chair of Hack the 6ix since July 2015, Pei has facilitated student entrepreneurship through hackathons, workshops, and networking events. Pei also co-founded Venue, aiding remote-first companies in conducting effective online meetings, and served as a founding engineer at Vellum, focusing on production-ready LLM applications. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of CodeMode, a tech consulting firm for enterprise digital transformation, and Co-Founder and CTO of Beatcamp, an e-commerce platform for music producers. Pei has also contributed to Wealthsimple as a software engineer and gained early experience as a software engineering intern at Shopify. Pei holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
