Ioannis Kaffes

Ioannis Kaffes has a strong background in law, starting with their role as a Lawyer at SMZ - Law from January 2017 to March 2018. Ioannis then moved on to work as a Lawyer at K&K starting in March 2018. Currently, Ioannis holds the position of Legal Counsel at Hack The Box, a role they began in May 2021.

Ioannis Kaffes has pursued a comprehensive education with a focus on law and economics. Ioannis holds an MSc in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus, where they were a part of the Department of Economics and Business Administration. Additionally, they completed an MSc in Public Economics and Policy at the University of West Attica, where they studied in the Department of Accounting and Finance. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nicosia, majoring in law.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ioannis Kaffes has obtained professional certifications to enhance their expertise. Ioannis earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in July 2022. Ioannis also received the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from the same institution in June 2022.
