Jared Laplante

Jared LaPlante is a Cyber Security Training Coordinator at Hack The Box since September 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams to enhance the academy platform and leading the tutoring program. As a Cyber Security Instructor at ThriveDX from May 2022 to April 2024, Jared taught various cybersecurity courses at several universities, including ethical hacking and digital forensics. Previously, a Cyber Security Specialist at the Cyber Security Immersion Program, Jared completed an intensive training program with certifications in cybersecurity. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist at COMBASE USA, a Software Support Specialist at SkyWire, an IT Support Specialist at BRG, and a LAN/Information Systems Support Specialist at North Lake College. Jared holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Software Development from Dallas College and additional training from NexGenT.
