Kevin Delaney currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Solutions Engineering at Hack The Box since August 2025. Previously, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Pre-Sales at Security Compass from January 2015 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading global Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations teams, optimizing resource allocation, and coaching teams for complex sales opportunities. Kevin also built and scaled a global solutions engineering function and contributed significantly to pre-sales activities as a Senior Sales Engineer. Earlier career experience includes roles at RPS Canada Inc., Tech Pros, KhaosLabs Software, and Skype, where Kevin developed VoIP solutions and represented third-party developers. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in Networking & Security from Ontario Tech University.
