Tom W. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success within the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Hack The Box since January 2024, Tom previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at both Intruder and Hack The Box. Prior to that, Tom was the Head of Technical Operations at CONTEXT INFORMATION SECURITY LIMITED, where the company was acquired by Accenture Security in March 2020. Tom's career also includes roles as Head of Business Operations and Lead Investigative Consultant at the UK Ministry of Defence, specializing in security and risk.
