Valentin Dobrykov has extensive experience in training development and leadership, currently serving as Training Development Manager and previously in roles such as Training Development Lead and Senior Training Developer at Hack The Box since April 2020. In addition to this role, Valentin has been the CEO of SHELL-AFFECT since April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) from April 2012 to March 2019. Responsibilities throughout these positions have included the development, maintenance, and enhancement of training courses and materials, as well as the creation and maintenance of lab scenarios.
