Caroline Karanja is the Chief Executive Officer at Hack the Gap, where she hacks the inclusion gap in tech one hackathon at a time. She is also the Founder of 26 Letters Inc, a retention company that provides technology-enabled products and services to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion. In the past, she has worked as a Senior Manager of Retention & Analytics at LeadPages, a Business Analyst & Product Owner at Patterson Companies, Inc., and a Data Analyst at Best Buy. Caroline holds a BA in American Studies and English Lit from Macalester College.
