Program Management

The Program Management team at Hack the Hood oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of educational bootcamps and career development initiatives for low-income youth of color. They coordinate partnerships, manage program logistics, and ensure that participants receive the necessary support and resources to succeed in tech careers. By monitoring outcomes and gathering feedback, they continuously refine programs to better meet the needs of the community.
