We are First Robotics Team 3414 the Hackbots. We operate in Farmington, Michigan where our mission is to inspire, empower and create a bridge between the school and the corporate world by building essential leadership skills and providing hands-on experience in STEM via FIRST. 

Hackbots is a Farmington united no-cut team with a roster of around 70 students each year ranging from freshmen to seniors.  Our team is organized into a number of different subgroups as follows: 

Computer Aided Design,
Mechanical,
Programming,
Business,
Graphics,
Electrical.

Each subgroup operates with set of mentors who work alongside the students in order to foster and develop each student's skills and provide guidance all while pushing the students to discover what they are capable in the field of STEM. Together, our sponsors, mentors, and students work together to reach our various goals each year.
