Tania Butenko is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across agency and in-house roles, including leadership positions in global corporations and fast-growing startups. After graduating with a Master's degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Tania began their career in recruitment, hiring for diverse positions and building teams from scratch. Currently, Tania leads global hiring at Hacken, a top blockchain cybersecurity auditor, where they focus on TA strategy, data, and employer branding while also contributing to enhancing employee experience. Previously, Tania held senior roles at Abbott and has mentored recruiters across CIS markets.
