Valentyna Kondratenko, LL.M, currently serves as General Counsel at Hacken, where responsibilities include building and leading the in-house legal team to support cross-border growth and shape legal strategies aligned with business goals. Prior experience includes project management at the European Crypto Initiative, focusing on innovation-friendly regulation, and roles as an international legal consultant at NOOSPHERE, where tasks involved corporate compliance and e-commerce matters. Valentyna began at Hacken as a junior legal counsel, conducting contract reviews and liaising with foreign partners. Other experiences span legal assistant roles and internships related to blockchain technology and innovative solutions in the public sector.
