Kumiko Imai

Kumiko Laird Imai possesses extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as the Director of Operations, Director of Education, and Program Manager at Hackergal since September 2018. Prior to this, Kumiko held positions at Human Branding Inc. from August 2016 to August 2018 as a Strategist, Associate Strategist, and Research Analyst. Kumiko's teaching career includes roles as a Grade 3 PYP Teacher at the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, a Grade 2 Teacher at Shanghai Community International School - Hangzhou International School, and a Grade 1 Teacher at The International School of Macao. Academically, Kumiko earned a Master of Science in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Trent University.
