Lucy Ho is the Founder and Executive Director of Hackergal, a Canadian charity dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusivity in computer science by providing resources for educators and parents to promote coding education for girls. Prior to this role, Lucy served as the Director of Services & Operations at Extreme Accelerator, a pioneering international accelerator program and co-working space in Canada. Lucy also gained valuable experience as an Operations Manager at mappedin. Lucy holds an Honours degree in Environment and Business Co-op from the University of Waterloo.
