Bea Matthews

Bea Matthews is a seasoned sales development manager with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and team performance. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Sales Development at HackerOne since June 2023, Bea previously held the role of SDR Manager at Glassdoor from August 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of five sales representatives and scaling inbound and outbound programs.
