Frances H

Frances H has extensive experience in customer success and program management, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at HackerOne since May 2022, after progressing through roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to HackerOne, Frances spent over 14 years at Global Music Client Event Management, where significant achievements included managing recruitment and training for festivals and establishing strong relationships within the EDM and hip-hop music sectors. Additional roles include consulting for the Humane Society Silicon Valley, interning at Creative Artists Agency, and serving in various capacities at the San Francisco SPCA. Frances holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Natural Resources Conservation and Research, with a focus on Zoology and Anthrozoology.
