Gretchen Gratta, MBA, CISSP, is a seasoned professional in information security and compliance management, currently serving as a Senior Security Compliance Manager at HackerOne since March 2020, after holding various positions including Compliance Program Manager and Sr Compliance Analyst. Prior to this, Gretchen worked at Oracle from September 2012 to February 2020 as a Cloud Security Analyst and IT Ops Compliance Coordinator, including time at BigMachines during its acquisition by Oracle. Gretchen's expertise encompasses audit and compliance management, project management, policy creation, and implementation of security standards such as SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
