Jeroen Bron

Jeroen Bron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and agile coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at HackerOne since April 2022, Jeroen focuses on empowering engineering teams to enhance efficiency and support organizational growth. Prior to this role, Jeroen spent a decade at KPN in various capacities, including Chapter Coach and Agile Coach, where responsibilities encompassed team performance and process optimization across multiple scrum teams. Jeroen's earlier career includes significant roles at Logica and IBM, where design leadership, project management, and testing management were key focuses. Jeroen holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Groningen, completed in 1995.
