Michael Fischl

Michael Fischl is a Senior Fullstack Developer at Ascent since March 2018, where responsibilities include estimating and architecting new client products, leading major frontend and backend changes, conducting code security audits, and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Frontend Developer, working with a large US-based client on a React and Python stack, developing features, leading A/B tests, and collaborating with a multinational team. Michael also serves as a Security Researcher at HackerOne, identifying web application vulnerabilities for bug bounties. Previously, Michael co-founded Rockpaper and worked as a Frontend and Mobile Engineer, contributing significantly to the company's development. Earlier experience includes a Web Development Internship at Parkside®, focusing on maintaining web projects and migrating them to Docker. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Development and Economics from Technische Universität Graz.
