Robin Leeuwerke

Robin Leeuwerke is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at HackerOne since January 2020, Robin is integral to the Product, Design, and Engineering leadership team, focusing on product strategy. Previously, Robin held multiple roles at HackerOne, including Senior Director of Product Management and Director of Software Engineering, managing product groups and engineering departments. Prior to HackerOne, roles at KPN included Senior Manager and Chapter Coach for Software Engineers, leading Agile transformations and driving digital transformation initiatives. Robin's career began in 1995, with experience ranging from project management to senior consulting across various companies, complemented by a BSc in Computer Science from NHL Hogeschool.
