Emily Campbell is a seasoned design leader currently serving as Vice President of Design at HackerRank since May 2024, where the focus is on enhancing the developer experience amidst transformative AI advancements. Emily has also taken on pivotal roles as a creator for Women in AI and Shape of AI, emphasizing the importance of female representation and AI patterns, respectively. As the Principal at Emily Campbell Design, limited advisory work is being conducted for clients seeking to adapt to AI integration. Formerly, as Senior Director at Vendr, leadership encompassed building and optimizing product design and UX research teams. Emily played a key role in advancing product offerings and growth at BookClub, taking designs from concept to execution.
