Matt Dickson

Matt Dickson is a Principal People Scientist specializing in talent assessment and selection analytics. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at HackerRank, they previously worked as a Consultant and Associate Research Analyst at OutMatch HCM, where they conducted various psychometric analyses and assessments. Dickson has also contributed to training evaluation as a consultant for the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and has held roles as a Senior Associate at Capital One and a Data Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton. They are pursuing degrees in Psychology and Business Management at Westfield State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY.
