hackers&wizards transforms how engineering teams work with AI.

Most organizations experience scattered adoption: some developers experiment while others resist, velocity drops despite new tools, code quality declines, and team cohesion fragments. The problem isn't AI capabilities, it's the absence of systematic practices.

We help engineering leaders create environments where developers thrive with AI, not despite it. Where teams deliver faster while staying fulfilled. Where AI amplifies craft instead of threatening it.

🎯 THE TRANSFORMATION WE DELIVER

**Your developers** transform from scattered tool users to confident AI practitioners
**Your velocity** increases while code quality improves
**Your practices** evolve independently long after engagements complete
**Your team** builds capability that compounds continuously

Faster delivery. Better code. Fulfilled teams.

📊 PROVEN AT SCALE

30+ teams ignited, 20+ transformed, 15+ elevated
- Breuninger: Led 70+ developers through complete shop relaunch
- OTTO: Generated large revenue impact through technical excellence
- BLUME2000: Delivered digital transformation during pandemic
- 40+ conference presentations on agentic engineering

🔧 HOW TRANSFORMATION HAPPENS

**Training** launches agentic practices in days. Intensive workshops with your actual codebase. Teams leave with working agents and deployment-ready practices.

**Consulting** scales practices into permanent habits. Monthly guidance integrated into team rituals. Practices evolve until they run independently.

**Community** sustains growth continuously. Expert-curated resources, peer learning, live deep-dives. Cut the noise. Stay ahead. Keep growing.

Training → Consulting → Community. Each stage strengthens the last.
