Lily Windmiller is an undergraduate researcher and data analyst at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, collaborating with Professor Toni Gist on initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion. Lily has experience as a UX designer under Dr. Soyoung Choi, contributing to the Accessible Healthcare Lab by designing a health app for visually impaired users. Involvement with HackIllinois includes marketing efforts aimed at participant outreach through social media. As a mobile app instructor assistant for Kode With Klossy, Lily empowered female and non-binary students in iOS development. Previous roles include camp counselor, cashier, and intern for Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, enhancing communication skills and customer service experience.
