Gianna Kirkpatrick

Gianna Kirkpatrick is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Prime Controls since October 2023. In addition to this role, Gianna is an active member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and has recently held the position of Director of People Operations at Verdad Real Estate Development. Prior to these roles, Gianna was the first Head of HR at Headstorm, overseeing talent acquisition and HR functions for over three and a half years. Earlier experience includes working as a recruiter at DIVERSANT, LLC, and a service supervisor at Gateway Church. Gianna holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from The University of Texas at Arlington.
