Tiffany Ricks is the founder and CEO of HacWare, a software and cybersecurity consultancy. Tiffany has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, including stints as a technical instructor, freelance software engineer, and senior software engineer. In their current role, they provide software and cybersecurity solutions to businesses of all sizes. Tiffany is a strong advocate for women in the tech industry and is the founder of Female Founders of Dallas, a group that empowers women to follow their dreams.

Tiffany Ricks has a Master’s Degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas Christian University, and a Computer Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tiffany also has certification from Startup School Online in Startup School Online, and CompTIA in CompTia Security +.
