Josh Fleet is a seasoned communications and operations manager with a strong background in journalism and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Communications and Operations Manager at Rising Song Institute since November 2019, Josh previously held the position of Cellar Scribe at Covenant Wines from August 2015 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate Editor at The Huffington Post from 2010 to 2013 and serving as Editor-in-Chief and Staff Writer at The SHPiEL from October 2006 to May 2009. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, graduating in 2010.

Founded in 2006, Hadar is an educational institution that empowers Jews to create and sustain vibrant, practicing, egalitarian communities of Torah learning, prayer, and service. Hadar offers year-long fellowship programs for Jews wanting to expand their knowledge of Torah. It teaches core Jewish values, Jewish ideas, and communal music. The institute also organizes short-term seminars for Jewish leaders of all backgrounds, from teachers and rabbis to Hillel professionals and lay people—all who want to make a difference in their communities. Through outstanding faculty, enthusiastic staff, individual donors, committed supporting foundations, and hundreds of alums, Hadar touches thousands of Jewish lives throughout the U.S. and Israel.
