Grant Santos

Grant Santos has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the education and training sector. Currently serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Educ8 Training Group Ltd since April 2007, Grant is responsible for establishing the vision and strategic direction of the Group while fostering innovation and growth. Grant also holds directorships in several companies acquired by Educ8, including Aspire 2Be, Haddon Training Ltd, and Network Training Services Ltd. Previously, Grant served as the Operations Director at ISA Training Ltd, focusing on business strategy and operational management. Grant's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales College Newport, complemented by a strong foundational education.
