Lene Gerlach is a Venture Partner at Hadean Ventures and the Founder and Chairperson of Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD), a network supporting women in the Life Science field. With over 25 years of experience as a research scientist, patent attorney, and business developer, Lene has financed more than 35 companies and prepared over 50 patents. Lene has held leadership roles on the boards of numerous biotech companies and has extensive expertise in venture capital focused on life sciences and planetary health. Lene's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience and a Master of Science in Human Biology from the University of Copenhagen.
