John Morse is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Factory Core at Hadrian since October 2025, John Morse is focused on advancing reindustrialization in America through AI-driven precision manufacturing. Prior roles include engineering leadership at Reddit, where John Morse successfully guided growth teams to expand daily active users from 40 million to over 100 million leading up to an IPO, and as Engineering Manager at Tinder, where John Morse contributed to increasing revenue by $1.5 billion through strategic team leadership and new product launches. Experience also includes significant contributions at SpaceX, Grail, XEN, Capgemini, and Northrop Grumman, complemented by advanced degrees in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and UC Santa Barbara.
