Dan Mason

Dan Mason is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in the field of hemostasis and patient management. Currently serving as a Medical Science Liaison at Haemonetics since April 2018, Dan previously worked as a TEG Clinical Consultant at Haemonetics Corporation from February 2007 to March 2018. In this role, Dan educated physicians and nurses on the Thrombelastograph Hemostasis Monitoring System, focusing on improving patient outcomes by reducing unnecessary blood transfusions and optimizing drug therapies to prevent thrombotic complications. Dan holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Critical Care and Education from UT Health San Antonio, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and completed undergraduate studies at William Jewell College from 1984 to 1986.
