Eric Chee is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Advanced Engineering Project Manager at Haemonetics since February 2014. In this role, Eric leads the manufacturing transfer of blood surgical transfusion products and equipment from US R&D to multinational contract manufacturers in Penang, overseeing project timelines, validation protocols, manufacturing setups, and production effectiveness. Previously, Eric held positions including Senior Electrical Engineer/Transfer Lead at RadiSys Corporation, focusing on product sustaining engineering, and Test Development Engineer at Knowles Electronics, where innovation in test hardware was a priority. Eric began a career at Benchmark Electronics as a Repair Engineer, improving quality and delivery initiatives. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Microelectronics Engineering from Multimedia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computational Physics and Electronics from Universiti Malaya.
