Estelle Simon

Estelle Simon is a seasoned professional in quality systems with extensive experience at Haemonetics since September 2012, currently serving as a Senior Quality System Specialist. Responsibilities include overseeing the European learning system, managing documentation systems, participating in audits, and leading the CAPA process. Prior to Haemonetics, Estelle worked at Moy Park from September 2004 to September 2012 as a Factory Quality Manager, ensuring food safety and compliance with BRC, IFS, and EFSIS standards. Estelle holds degrees in Agro alimentaire and Quality Engineering from ENITIAA, completed between 1992 and 1995.
