James C. D’Arecca

James D'Arecca joined Haemonetics as Chief Financial Officer in April 2022 and is responsible for the Company’s global finance organization, including investor relations. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of TherapeuticsMD, a women's healthcare company. Prior to this role, Mr. D'Arecca was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Allergan plc for nearly seven years until its merger with AbbVie, Inc. in May 2020, and earlier in his career he held finance and business development positions at Bausch + Lomb, Merck & Co., Inc., and Schering-Plough. Mr. D'Arecca began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he had an industry focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
