Martha O'Connor

Martha O'Connor has had extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Martha has worked at Haemonetics since 2019 as the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Senior Program Manager, where they established the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence and implemented global RPA using UiPath. Prior to that, they worked at Medtronic from 2014 to 2019, where they served as the Senior Program Manager and Global Automation Center of Excellence Lead, leading initiatives to improve cost reduction and operational efficiencies. Martha also worked at COVIDIEN LP as a Senior Business Analyst and Acting Manager, responsible for managing the international business analytics team. In addition, they had roles at Verizon, where they specialized in IT business case planning and staff support, and served as a team leader in the operations center. Throughout their career, Martha has demonstrated proficiency in implementing automation technologies, fostering Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and driving continuous improvement.

Martha O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Martha also obtained additional certifications including Toyota Kata Training from the Lean Enterprise Institute in 2017, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Medtronic in 2016, and an ACE Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).
