Michelle Kelley has over two decades of experience in Quality Assurance, holding significant leadership roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at CSL Plasma and the Director of Quality Assurance at Haemonetics, Michelle is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality strategic plans to ensure compliance with industry standards. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Covidien, where Michelle excelled in managing quality system standards, improving complaint closure times, and leading Six Sigma projects that resulted in substantial cost savings. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s degree in Industrial Technology from the College of Central Florida.
