Mike Jones

Mike has worked at a senior level in the Housing Sector for over 30 years, and has a wide range of experience. He has worked with Local Authorities, HAs, ALMO’s, tenant managed organisations, funders, consultants, regulators and government departments, operating at Board and Executive level. He has also worked on a number of complex issues, including mergers, transfers, restructures and confidential investigations.

He is a specialist in Asset Management, and has significant experience of dealing with issues, including investment planning, service delivery, DLOs, procurement, strategic contract management, acquisitions and disposals / stock rationalisation and development.

His roles have included working at director level in both Asset Management and Development within the Housing Sector and also as a Consultant. He has experience of working as a director of traditional Housing Associations, LSVTs, ALMOs and Local Authorities, and has been a director of 3 major housing consultancies.
