Simon Mellor

Simon joined Hafod in April 2021 and is responsible for finance, treasury and procurement. Simon has several years’ experience in the social housing sector through various senior management roles in finance and treasury and prior to joining Hafod was Interim Chief Financial Officer at Housing 21.

Simon is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer and has led on key banking and capital market transactions. Simon is motivated by working collaboratively with all areas of the business to improve financial performance and secure better outcomes for residents.

Outside of work, Simon is a keen motorcyclist and a lifelong supporter of Crewe Alexandra.
