Don Seaton is an experienced financial leader with a strong background in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Manager of Accounting at Hager Companies since 2013. In this role, Don provides financial leadership to operational teams, safeguards business controls, and conducts material and spending variance analysis. Responsibilities also include developing budgets and forecasts, performing capital spending analysis, coordinating physical audits, and supervising offshore accounting functions. Prior experience includes positions as Plant Controller at Nestlé Waters North America and Finance Manager for Contract Manufacturing at Henkel Corporation. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
