Mark Fleming

Mark Fleming has extensive work experience in financial leadership roles. Mark began their career at Emerson Electric Co. in 2001 as a Division Controller and remained with the company until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Fleming worked at Nidec Motor Corporation, where they served as Vice President of Finance/Divisional CFO and later as Vice President of Corporate Finance. In 2018, they joined Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Fleming holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Hager Companies, starting in 2022.

Mark Fleming completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Missouri State University from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Webster University from 2002 to 2004.
