Director Of Engineering at Hager Companies

Mark McRae has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. From 1997 to 2004, they worked at Cooper B-Line as a Product Engineer and later as a Sales Engineer. In these roles, they traveled nationwide to promote technical aspects of products, created presentations and technical marketing pieces, and served as a technical asset for internal and external customers. In 2004, Mark joined Hager Companies where they held various roles. From 2004 to 2012, they were a Product Testing Engineer, managing the company-wide testing program and participating in industry standards meetings. In 2006, they became the Product Engineering Manager, managing the Product/Design Engineering team and working closely with marketing and purchasing to incorporate market requirements into product designs. Since 2012, Mark has been serving as the Director of Engineering at Hager Companies.

Mark McRae has a diverse educational background in engineering and project management. From 1990 to 1995, they attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis. During this time, they obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management. Additionally, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the same institution, which they earned between 2009 and 2011.
