Michael Osterfeld, PMP, serves as the Acting Deputy Director of Therapeutics Operations for the Maryland Department of Health, focusing on equitable access to COVID-19 therapeutic treatments. Osterfeld has held various roles, including Special Projects Manager for Surveillance and Labs and Testing Operations Liaison, overseeing significant operational changes and facilitating high-volume testing site coordination. Previously, leadership roles included Program Administrator at the New York City Emergency Management Department and Disaster Program Manager at the American Red Cross.
