Eric Decker

Eric Decker is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Compensation Technical Lead at Hagerty since August 2022, after holding the role of Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior to Hagerty, Eric worked at Rocket Central from September 2020 to August 2022 as Team Leader, Compensation, and had a brief tenure as Senior Compensation Consultant at Rock Central. Eric's earlier experience includes several positions at Quicken Loans, starting as a Business Consultant and progressing to Compensation Consultant and Executive Resolution Advocate, where support was provided to the Client Relations and Loan Servicing Families. Eric's career began at Decker Gear Inc. as Sales & Purchasing Manager, followed by a role as Customer Service Specialist at AT&T. Education includes pursuit of advanced studies at the University of Michigan-Flint and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from St. Clair County Community College.
