Eric Okerstom

Eric Okerstom is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Hagerty since January 2019, after a long tenure as Vice President of Strategy Management at the same company from 2001 to 2018. Okerstom briefly transitioned to a role as a Ranch Hand at Blasdel Ranch during a family crisis in late 2018, gaining valuable experience in a new industry. Prior to joining Hagerty, Okerstom dedicated 20 years of service as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy. Okerstom holds a BS in Business Management from Northern Michigan University, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and has completed additional coursework at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
