Katy Sole, PMP, SSM, RTE, serves as the Director of Agile Portfolio Operations at Hagerty since August 2022, where responsibilities include executing the strategic vision of the organization by managing the Technology Portfolio and facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Katy held multiple positions at Hagerty, including Director of Digital Innovation and Technology Operations, Release Train Engineer, and Senior Scrum Master, focusing on agile practices and operational efficiency. Katy's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Agile Project Manager at Circulo Health, where agile methods were implemented across product teams. Previous positions in the hospitality industry include Convention Services Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Assistant Director of Child Nutrition at Aramark K12, demonstrating a diverse background in project management and operations. Katy holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
