Lisa Busch

Lisa Busch has over two decades of experience across various roles in insurance and administrative functions. Currently serving as an Insurance Operations Business Partner and previously as an Operations Coordinator at Hagerty since September 2019, Lisa has developed a strong expertise in insurance operations. Prior experience includes underwriting personal auto insurance at Auto-Owners Insurance for a brief period, and an extensive tenure at the Natural Resources Defense Council as a Corporate Counsel Administrator, managing contracts and compliance. Earlier roles included Special Investigator and Human Resources Assistant at Amerisure Insurance, where investigative skills were honed, and a Youth Specialist at Oakland County Children's Village. Lisa's career began in academic settings with teaching positions and marketing research. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Walsh College.
