敬皓林 has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

敬皓 started their career in 2004 as a Financial Manager at Jiayuan Electric Technology, where they completed company IPO and led ERP implementation.

In 2006, they joined Dongyang Science and Technology as an Assistant Manager, responsible for IPO promotion and leading a team of auditors.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Deputy Manager of Operations at Wacheng Technology, overseeing resource operation and managing a team of 70 employees.

敬皓 then served as the Deputy General Manager of LOHAS Corporation from 2012 to 2015, managing brand operations and sales, as well as leading a team of over 80 employees.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Overseas General Manager at Aoyuan Paint, achieving the company's annual business goals and exceeding them by over 120%.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as a General Manager at Sinodata Information, leading the establishment of the company's digital transformation group, and overseeing business operations, brand establishment, financial transformation, sales, data analysis, system development, user experience, and logistics.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a General Manager at OB Selection, leading the establishment of BU Profit Center, setting up over 100 BUs, and promoting the overall digitization of the business.

In 2022, they joined Hahow Good School as an Online Instructor for Business and a Specialist Creator. In the same year, they also joined Digital Briefing Room as a Co-founder.
